Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this ground floor gold-rated rental condo in East Vail has 900 square feet of living space and can sleep 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a breakfast bar. The condo has a wood fireplace and firewood will be provided in the winter. There is a new flat screen TV in the lounge. The Pitkin Creek complex has a community hot tub and there is a large pool for summer use. There is also a market and liquor store on site. The free Town of Vail bus stop is right by the first entrance to the complex, and runs every 15 minutes during ski season. This property does not allow pets and is NON SMOKING.

    We stayed in #11A. The mattresses should be updated, they are pretty old or low budget. The common area was on the small side. No dining table, just a bar with 4 chairs. We didn't use the sleeper sofa, but it is an older one, and I would not recommend sleeping on it, I'd prefer to bring an air mattress.

    The condo is on the ground level, and there are two flights of stairs to walk up to your vehicle. After a day of being on mountain, this is exhausting!

    Other than those things, I really liked the condo. It was clean, kitchen was very nice, bathrooms were nice, plenty of closet storage. Just 10 minutes on the free shuttle to Vail Village.

    Our condos were everything and more than we expected. The staff was extremely helpful and quick to act with any question we had. Sims market was extremely convenient just a small walk from all condos. The bus is a very quick way to get to the village/slopes and always arrived on time. The people are very friendly. All we needed to cook and clean were provided. A very satisfying experience.

    Condo did not have 2 single beds in one room like it said. It also did not have a BBQ grill. Otherwise it was a good spot .

    Need to drive a bit to Vail but no practical inconvenience because a supermarket located closely and a shuttle bus was available at bus stop nearby.
